(More customer reviews)The product is fine, however it did not come with one of the parts listed:"with 5/8" Inch Thread for Rotary DA Pneumatic Adaptor-5/8 NO. 11 Thread to 5/16 No. 24 Thread."This is required to mount the backing plate to a Porter Cable random orbital.It did come with a solid shaft adapter that you can use with a drill chuck, but it is not what I wanted to do with this product.I emailed the company asking them to help me rectify the issue, and have not yet received a response.I see others have run into the same problem.I guess I'll just have to buy one separately.Too bad that a company selling good products at a good price has zero customer service responsiveness.
